Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We accept many insurance plans; we are even a preferred provider for Physicians Plus and ADP. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action for you. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims for you.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. Should you have any questions, our courteous and helpful staff is always available to answer them.

We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs, such as accepting payments through electronic payment options, cash, checks, or credit cards. Even better, we offer discounts for treatments paid in full at the start of treatment, and our FAMILY DISCOUNT given to each additional member of your immediate family that chooses us for their orthodontics!
